Kritika: Chaos Unleashed is an action, hack n slash game with RPG elements created by Gamevil. It is a mobile version of the MMORPG Kritika.
It’s a decent game, even though in its current state it lacks multiplayer and many other features of the original title. The mobile version (like almost all other apps) is focused on in-app purchases, which are supposed to give you more fun while draining your bank account. We’ve acquired a new tool for this game, and decided to add it to our directory.
Roller Coaster Tycoon 4 Mobile is a simulation / management game developed by On5 Games, and published by Atari. It’s an attempt at bringing the popular Roller Coaster series to mobile devices, where the main objective it to build an amusement park, and most importantly, the roller coasters themselves.
Note this is an “attempt”. The older titles of the series were praised for all the fun they brought – they made you think, plan, design and manage. Obviously a mobile app will never stand up to any PC or console title, but it’d be nice if the developers at least tried. Roller Coaster Tycoon 4 Mobile is a game that’s designed to get as much of your money as possible. It feels as if the people behind it rushed the production, just to get into your pockets faster.
Even if you won’t compare this game to the previous ones, the in-app purchases and timers destroy every little bit of fun you could have. That’s why we’ve added a new tool to our directory, which should make the game… acceptable. At most.
Soccer Stars is a turn based game created by Miniclip. It’s like a mix of air hokey and pool, and the only thing it has in common with soccer is having to shoot the ball into your opponent’s net. In practice, this is a simple but great concept that works well, and makes the game a really fun title that you can play for hours.
Soccer Stars is a freemium game, which means you can download and play it for free, but have the option of purchasing more of the game’s currency, or additional spins. Spins which are, by the way, rigged to give you low amounts of coins often. This tactic is supposed to make players spend more money on in-app purchases. This game is fun, but these obvious flaws don’t help at all, and that’s why we added a working tool for it to our directory.
Defenders of Suntoria is a new game created by Melesta, that has the elements of both RPG and tower-defense genres mixed together. The gameplay is decent and can be somewhat simple, but fun – no matter if you are a strategy or role-playing fan, there’s something for you. You will have to command heroes and armies, place traps, summon allies, hire and equip mercenaries, all in order to stop the enemy forces from invading Suntoria.
Defenders of Suntoria is a paid game (currently available for $1.99 on the Apple App Store), so you would expect it to not be as annoying as free titles. This is true for the most part, but it’s possible to buy Stars (the in-game currency) for real world money. Stars will help with many things, for example reviving your heroes after they die, and if you don’t want to waste the currency, you will have to wait 1 hour. Timers like these are often found in freemium games, but not in paid titles. That’s why we decided to look for a working tool for this game, and add it to our directory.
Big Win Football is a game created by HotHead Games. It has elements from two main genres – trading card games (TCG) and fantasy football. The objective of the game is to gather cards of football players, build and manage your own team, play games, make the right decisions, improve and, of course, win as much as possible.
Just like Big Win Basketball, Big Win Football doesn’t put too much emphasis on in-app purchases where you have to spend real money, and you can play just fine without any investments. Like with many other games, however, spending your hard earned cash on this title will speed up your progress, give you access to rare cards of powerful players and provide an advantage during the matches. Fortunately, with the new tool in our directory you won’t have to spend money on this game ever again.
